Choose from over a hundred local selections which include chicken with briyani spices, beef stewed with coconut cream, lamb stew with tomato and Indian spice, deep fried cat fish with pounded chilies, roast lamb (kambing bakar), a variety of prawn, venison, chicken, lamb and beefsatay, andmany other local delicacies.
Pick from a variety of stalls that feature chef’s local highlights within a traditional setting. The various stalls feature dishes that are prepared ‘live’ – such as the traditional gado-gado, roasted chicken salad, fresh greens with shrimp paste, Yong Tau Foo, and Nyonya-styled acar. Don’t miss out on our chef’s Nasi Kandar stallfeaturing varieties of curries served with delicious side dishes such as fried chicken, fish head, crabs, prawns and squid and lamb kurma.
After savouring the local delicacies, it’s time for dessert. Spoil yourself with an assortment of Malaysian sweets and cookies, sweet green bean in coconut milk, black glutinous rice with coconut milk, fruit jellies, assorted pastries, tartlets and an all-time local favourite, dodol.
