Renowned chef Hafizal Ishak and his team of culinary experts have curated an authentic selection of local delicacies to elevate your dining experience.

From classic favorites like Nasi Briyani, Ayam Masak Merah, and Daging Masak Lemak Cili Api to tantalizing Malaysian street food delights such as Satay, Roti John, and Murtabak, the buffet promises a culinary adventure like no other. Don’t miss out on crowd-pleasers like the Grilled Station featuring succulent Roasted Whole Lamb with BBQ, Mint, and Black Pepper Sauce, and the Bakar-Bakar Station showcasing an array of grilled delicacies.

For those craving the bold flavors of Malaysian wok dishes, the Wok Station offers mouthwatering Mee Goreng Mamak and Char Kuey Teow. And if you’re a fan of spicy delights, be sure to sample the offerings at the Asam Pedas Claypot Melaka Stall.

No meal is complete without dessert, and the Seloka D’Maya Buffet Dinner ensures a sweet finale with a tempting selection of treats including ABC, Cendol, Ice Cream Malaysia, Chocolate Fountain, assorted cakes, tarts, and puddings.

The Seloka D’Maya Buffet Dinner is priced at RM147nett per adult, RM109nett per senior citizen (above 60 years), and RM79nett per child (5 to 12 years old), inclusive of prevailing taxes. Early bird discounts are available at RM127nett per adult until February 15th, 2024. The Grand Ballroom can accommodate up to 300 guests, with a prayer room available on Level 3 for guests’ convenience.
