SUNWAY LAGOON : “Thrilling and Wet”

Sunway Lagoon is the first waterpark in Malaysia. It is applicable for all ages. It opens from 10 am until 6 pm. There are 90 attractions, 6 parks, and 150 species of animals. It is not the only waterpark but they do also provide amusement park, extreme park, scream park, Nickelodeon Lost Lagoon, and wildlife park. Sunway Lagoon is one of the attraction for the tourist.
Sunway Lagoon Amusement Park you do not need to be soaking wet to have fun. It is a seriously great adventure. There is a lot of activity can be done here. Excitement is the name of game here! Here you can find Apache Pots, Pirate’s Revenge, Tomahawk, Lost City Scream Coaster, Suspension Bridge, Vultures, and Wagon Wheel. There are divided into three categories which are non-stop fun and games, the world of adventure and it’s the wild, wild west.
In Non-Stop Fun and Games, you can find Carousel and Fun World. Next, world of adventure they have Pirate’s Revenge where it is rotating the pirate ship into 360-degree in the shape of galleon, Pedestrian Suspension Bridge which the longest bridge in the world at 428m length with a bird-eye view of the entire park from 60 feet above the lake and the Lost City of Gold Scream Coaster with the rip-roaring twists and turns of Sunway Lagoon’s roller coaster. Then, you can discover an American frontier town with wooden facades, totem poles and spectacular rides. You may have a splashing good time on Colorado Splash, swirl around in the raging waters of the Grand Canyon River Rapids and have great fun for the whole family at the Butch Cassidy’s Trail. Reminder Pirate’s Revenge is not recommended for the faint-hearted.
Next, you will be having fun at Sunway Lagoon Water Park. Here you can have a race with your family, friends, colleagues, or partners in an adrenalin-pumping ride head first down the Congo Challenge and go for a spin in the loops of the African Pythons. At Water Park they do have something for everyone; whether you are young or old, thrill seeker or beach bum. Once you are there, you have to have to try the Vuvuzela! It is the largest water ride in Malaysia. It is launch from a tower 11 story’s high, plunge through turbulent water like the rapids with twists and turns then plummet. Behold the world’s highest, largest and most thrilling water ride. Reminder: It is not recommended for the faint-hearted.
They even provide water playground of Little Zimbabwe for the kids with a decoration an African village complete with huts and Masai warriors guarding the entrance. Next, usually, we see 3D visual but in Sunway Lagoon Water Park you can have a great ride and cinematic experience like no other, as you move through the ultimate multi-sensory journey filled with thrills and spills! Waterplexx 5D promises you to be truly wet and wild with the wind, fog, mist, sprays, fountains, water jets, light, lasers, 3D visual, sound, and movement. As everyone knows, it is hard to find a place to surf in Malaysia. Therefore, in Sunway Lagoon they do have Sunway Lagoon’s Surf Beach which is a man-made It is where holidaymakers all around the world come for a fun-filled day in the sun. You can show off your surfing skills on Malaysia’s Surf Simulator or ‘Flow Rider’ and either can laze in the beach or for the thrill seekers can enjoy surfing or body boarding and beach volleyball. Last but not least, you can enjoy Waves of Fun at Surf Beach daily at 4 pm.
After you have done wet yourself, you can go to the Sunway Lagoon Wildlife Park. Before you go home visit Malaysia’s zoo where you get up close and personal with more than 150 species of animals from around the world at Sunway Lagoon Wildlife Park. There are various educational and interesting activities for the entire family! Not only that, but it is also a fully interactive zoo attraction, from a journey of learning through their unique Wildlife Encounters where to get entertained by their talented animal stars in the Wildlife Theatre and feeding gently to the animals in the Pet Village.
Moreover, enjoy the enchanting exhibits with exploring unique habitats and interesting Malaysia zoo attractions like the new Snake Area, New World Monkey, Pet Village, Jungle Trail, White Lion Kingdom, Tree Top Terrace, Bird Savannah, Tiger Land as well as Rimba and Village. Other than that, we usually see Tiger with orange color and black strips like “Maybank logo” but this time at Sunway Lagoon you can see White Tigers, Samson, and Asha with icy blue-eyed beauties. Therefore, here’s your chance to get a first-hand look at the exotic pair against their borderless glass enclosure as they live out the leisurely life of baby tigers.
What is life without thrill? Scream Park is one of the parks that visitors will not be missed from entering. It is also known as Lynton V. Harris Scream Park. In there, you’ll be in for a spine-chilling and hair-raising experience at their live-action scare. Once you in you can feel the reality of it and be very afraid, where great evil resides. There are Aldridge Mansion, Rowan’s Basement, Seward Station, and Times Square.
Nickelodeon Themed Land is the 1st in Asia’s. Once you enter the majestic gates of Nickelodeon Lost Lagoon and be enthralled by the lost civilization surrounded by lush, and natural rainforest. This fantasyland filled with colossal water rides and water playgrounds, canopy walks and meandering pathways, beautiful waterfalls and recreational campsites. Get ready to be a wet and exciting adventure to explore. Explore 12 rides and attractions in the wonderful 10 acres of lush tropical rainforest that provides a mix of thrill and family friendly fun for fans and visitors of all ages.
Here is the place you can evoke hours of non-stop family entertainment and found among the ruins of the long lost civilization. At this SpongeBob Splash Adventure, you may experience geysers, water cannons, waterfalls, slide down and play catch with SpongeBob and the Bikini Bottom Gang! Join in the celebration for the ultimate honor of a ‘Great Slime Deluge’ and be ready for the rise of a Slime powered civilization. It is a time to turn green for the day and enjoy the free-spirited mess with full of smiles and laughter, but be safe and responsible! Not only that, but also enjoy the other entertainment such as Monsoon 360, Jungle Fury, Kubarango, Splish Splash, Primeval, Hippo Valley, Wonder Steps, Explorer’s Campsite, and Explorers’ Trail. Besides, if you want to join the Slime Time! be there at 3:30 pm and the time is fixed for daily.

Bungee Jump is one of the extreme park can soar to great heights on incredible rides and gear up for an adventure on Malaysia’s longest Flying Fox. When you conquer the circuit on a Go Kart or the wild on an ATV, you are bound to get some heart-pumping action at the Sunway Lagoon Extreme Park. Beforehand, there are awesome alternative action where your heart needs a rest while you take a step back and try another available activity in the Extreme Park. You can sharpen your skills and test your focus with Paintball Target Shooting as well as Archery. Lastly, hit the water for some Kayaking and Pedal Boating. These two activities can be done for the whole family.
