The Jordan Tourism Board is pleased to announce the successful completion of two roadshows in Malaysia and Indonesia. The roadshows aimed to strengthen ties between Jordanian and Southeast Asian tour operators, fostering collaboration and promoting Jordan as a premier tourist destination.
The first leg of the roadshow took place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where JTB organized a business dinner for Jordanian and Malaysian tour operators on 7th of August. The event provided an excellent platform for networking, exchanging ideas, and exploring potential partnerships. Attendees were able to gain valuable insights into the diverse tourism offerings of both countries.
Following the success in Malaysia, JTB continued its efforts in Jakarta, Indonesia. A similar business dinner was organized on 9th of August, bringing together Jordanian and Indonesian tour operators. The event served for building strong relationships within the tourism industry and creating opportunities for future collaborations.
In addition to the roadshows, JTB actively participated in the Hajj and Umrah Exhibition held in Malaysia on August 7th and in Indonesia on August 9th. This exhibition provided an ideal platform for showcasing Jordan’s rich cultural heritage, historical sites, religious significance, and unique experiences to potential visitors from both countries.
The Jordan Tourism Board remains committed to promoting Jordan as a top tourist destination in Southeast Asia and will continue to engage in initiatives that strengthen ties between Jordanian and Southeast Asian tour operators.
