PUTRAJAYA : What’s the future of Islamic Tourism, its potentials, and the role of youths at its core? These are some of the topics to which Director-General of Islamic Tourism Centre (ITC), Dato’ Dr. Mohmed Razip Haji Hasan, will share his insights in the upcoming #ApaKhabarTourism online talk show organised by Santai Travel in collaboration with Universiti Malaysia Kelantan.
Themed “Membina Generasi Peneraju Pelancongan Islamik” (Building a Generation that Champions Islamic Tourism), the Bahasa Melayu talk will be conducted in a casual question-and-answer (Q&A) style between the host, Datuk Azlie Halim, Founder of Santai Travel, and Dato’ Dr. Mohmed Razip.
Dato’ Dr. Mohmed Razip will share his passion for destination marketing, give insights into the future of Islamic Tourism and where it’s headed, and nurture interest in the niche Muslim tourist segment among the youth. He will also share his thoughts on why he thinks Islamic Tourism is the way forward for the young generation, and what tourism industry players can do to support the growth of a new generation of Islamic Tourism advocates.
