In the spirit of Ramadan, a feast close to home awaits at Element Kuala Lumpur. Located on the 40th floor; TRACE Restaurant and Bar proudly presents ‘Juadah Selera Kita’ dinner buffet. Executive Chef Taib Ridhwan and his team are setting stakes high by curating the best of Malaysian favorites for the month of Ramadan.
Break fast with an array of sweet dates and whet appetite at the ‘Make Your Own Kerabu Station’ filled with refreshing local greens and herbs including – young mango, young papaya, long bean, pucuk paku and more. Relish with assorted local ulam-ulam, spicy dips, salted fishes and local homemade crackers.
This year’s signature dish is the authentic Sup Utara; a popular Malay dish originated from the Northern Part of Malaysia. Sup Utara; which is a soup based dish made from the broth of either chicken, beef, beef lungs and stomach or even lamb. The soup is garnished with scallions, coriander, bird eye chili, lime wedge and a spicy sambal sauce; making it aromatic with unique flavors. To spruce this dish up, Chef Taib adds salted radish which makes the Sup Utara a flavorful dish.
TRACE also introduces Claypot Style ‘Masak Lemak Cili Api’. A popular dish originated from Negeri Sembilan, the ‘lemak’ is made from coconut and turmeric broth, cooked with bird eye chili. Diners can select a variation of meat choices to be cooked in this broth from smoked duck, smoked beef or chicken slices. The tenderness of smoked meat combined with the creamy coconut broth promises lip-smacking deliciousness and memorable sky dining experience.
Not to forget the chef’s selection of ‘Local Style ‘ roasted Lamb With Briyani Rice and Condiments, chicken and beef murtabak, slow roasted beef rib eye with chat potatoes, Yongtoufu, Hot Wok Dishes and many more.
Diners can round up the culinary journey at the sweet corner and be spoilt for choices by the vast variety of dessert. The dessert corner features a range of popular Malay kuih-muih as well as cheese cake, red velvet cake, strawberry mousse, brownies and plenty more. Not to be missed, warm Pengat Pisang and Puding Gula Hangus.
Priced at RM 148.00 nett per adult & RM 74.00 nett per child, the Juadah Selera Kita Dinner Buffet promotion will be available from 6.30 pm to 10.00 pm at TRACE Restaurant and Bar, from 8th April 2022 – 29th April 2022. Diners can enjoy an early bird price of RM 108 throughout the month of March 2022.
For diners who wish to break fast at home, TRACE’s special ‘Juadah Berbuka Di Rumah’ menu is also available to order during this period. Take away favorites starts from RM 88, RM 108 and RM 128 and serves 2-3 adults. Orders need to be placed 48 hours in advance.
