Guest Chef Gari Abdel at Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara For A Special Moroccan Experience

Kuala Lumpur, 1 August 2019 – Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara with the coorporation of Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco in Kuala Lumpur is promoting ‘Flavours of Morocco’ from 1 to 9 August 2019. To mark the beginning of the food promotion, a launch was held on Thursday, 1 August 2019 at Le Bar Cocktail & Stories by its general manager, Mr Franck Loison. Also present at the launch is Madam Nawal Arifi, Deputy Head of Mission.

To add authenticity to the promotion, the hotel had invited a Moroccan guest chef, Gari Abdel from Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche to prepare authentic Moroccan cuisine. Chef Gari Abdel will be preparing dishes such as Shorba Khodar with Lemon, Artichoke Violet M’charmel, Gambas Mçharmel, a variety of tanjin, just to name a few for diners to have a taste of Morocco.
