Renowned for its fabulous offerings of authentic Muslim-friendly Chinese food, The Emperor Chinese Restaurant at Dorsett Grand Subang is re-launching its popular and much sought-after Dim Sum Buffet Extravaganza. As a fan of Dim Sum, I drove all the way from Kuala Lumpur to Subang Jaya just to savour my favourite dishes. Furthermore The Emperor Chinese Restaurant offered Halal Dim Sum!
This Dim Sum Buffet only available on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays, from 11 am to 3 pm. Make sure to make an early reservation before you dine in as now the restaurant must follow a strict SOP because of the Covid 19 pandemic.
The stupendous spread feature an irresistible selection of dim sum such as steamed siew mai Emperor style, steamed bun with BBQ chicken, steamed prawn dumplings with coriander, steamed fish paste dumpling with garlic, deepfried yam puff, deepfried prawn roll with cheese, steamed rice roll with barbecued chicken filling and more; choice of Soup of The Day; appetizers such as cold sliced chicken served with shredded cucumber, jellyfish with baby octopus and preserved cabbage with chili paste.
I can see also there are BBQ selection such as Hong Kong style roasted crispy duck, roasted crispy chicken and BBQ honey chicken; hot mains like deepfried boneless chicken with honey and sesame seeds, stirfried chicken cube with dried chillies, wokfried shelled prawns with lemon grass and curry leaves and Hong Kong style noodles with shredded chicken to name a few; and choice of fish fillet porridge or chicken porridge with century eggs.
To round up a perfectly good dim sum buffet, desserts are a must! Who can resist chilled honeydew melon with sago or even the royal herb jelly? For something cooling for the body, there’s chilled sea coconut with longan and for mango lovers, the mango pudding is a must have!
All these and more for just RM88 nett per Adult. Senior citizens (ages 60 and above) and children (6 to 12 years old) can partake this amazing buffet for just RM68 nett.

It’s an Eat All You Can experience for just RM68 nett per Adult and RM48 nett per child below 12 years old.
