Traveloka Partners with Hong Kong Tourism Board to Expand Travel Experiences in Southeast Asia

Jakarta, 5 April 2024 — Traveloka, Southeast Asia’s leading travel platform, announced a
strategic collaboration with the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) to strengthen its position as a
trusted travel partner in Southeast Asia.
As part of the collaboration, Traveloka will showcase the charm and beauty of Hong Kong to

This collaboration is expected to boost tourism growth in Hong Kong further and position the city

Hong Kong’s tourism sector has steadily climbed since the reopening of international borders.
Data released by HKTB showed that from January to December 2023, the number of international
tourists arriving in Hong Kong surged to 33 million, marking a 60-fold increase compared to the
same period in 2022. Over 3.7 million of these visitors came from Southeast Asian and East Asian countries.
Caesar Indra, President of Traveloka, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration with
HKTB, stating, “Hong Kong is among the popular destinations on our platform, with sales of flight
tickets to the city almost quadrupling in the fourth quarter of 2023 compared to the same period
