MALAYSIA, Kuala Lumpur, 5 July 2019 – Essence Restaurant, the signature all day dining of Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur Hotel has upped their buffet game by introducing a lavish and sumptuous buffet dinner – The Weekend Seafood & Grill Buffet. Look forward to a feast for all senses through the new live culinary stations as well as international and local selection.

Avid meat lover’s dining experience will be enhanced with premium cuts such as the Grilled Australian Tomahawk Steak Carvings. The tomahawk steak is carefully marinated with the right amount of salt, cracked pepper, fresh herbs and garlic so that it does not overpower the natural sweetness of the Australian tomahawk steak, it will be a true slice of perfection.

For seafood lovers, indulge in the upgraded Seafood-On-Ice selection featuring some of the freshest from the sea such as, Slipper Lobsters, Japanese Fresh Oysters, Scallop, Fresh Poached Prawns andeven King Crab Legsare also on the menu. The premium seafood highlight includes a Caviar Station with the freshest roes to top it off!

Rounding up the best that the hotel has to offer, look out for the special appearances of the master chefs from the award-winning Chinese restaurant, Celestial Court and Italian restaurant, Villa Danieli. Celestial Court will present their signature dish, the Roasted Duck, carved and served as roasted duck rolls with condiments. As for Villa Danieli, demonstrating his mastery skills, Italian Chef Federico Bozzo, will serve various handmade pasta and sauces of your choice at the Pasta Station.

There are promotional pricings for group bookings of more than 10 person and selective participating banks are available upon request. This buffet is available from 5 July 2019 onwards, on every Fridays and Saturdays, from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM.
